TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The annual subscription with the book costs €37, and the digital version costs €32.
The subscription is valid through March 2027.

1. Purchasing the guide identifies you as a user ofEspaña Discovery. Simply showing the guide or the current year’s DIGITAL ID at the vineyard, farm, olive mill, or host restaurant allows them to recognize you as a member of España Discovery

2. Membership in ESPAÑA DISCOVERY provides users of motorhomes with details about locations—specifically vineyards (wineries), restaurants, or farms—where they can park in a secure environment for up to24 hours.

3. Payment is made via PayPal, credit/debit card, or any other payment gateway offered by Shopify.

4. IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF SPAIN: Your subscription entitles you to receive the guide by mail within a period ranging from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 16 business days.

5. IF YOU ARE IN SPAIN OR PORTUGAL: Your subscription entitles you to receive the guide within 4–8 business days if you chooseCORREOS DE ESPAÑA shipping.

6. ESPAÑA DISCOVERY GUARANTEES DELIVERY. If you do not receive the book within the specified time frame, ESPAÑA DISCOVERY we can send another package to the address you provided. 

7. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European regulations (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, dated November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU), you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise this right, you must notify us before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at:

The refund will be processed as soon as we receive the returned product at our warehouse.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exclusions — Digital Content

Registration and profile creation on the España Discovery app are considered the consumer’s express consent to begin the performance of the digital content before the withdrawal period expires. Consequently, the consumer loses their right of withdrawal from the moment they complete said registration, in accordance with current regulations.
