TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The annual subscription with the book costs €37, and the digital version costs €29.90.
The subscription is valid through March 2027.

1. Purchasing the guide identifies you as a member ofEspaña Discovery. Simply showing the guide or your DIGITAL ID for the current year at the vineyard, farm, olive mill, or host restaurant allows them to recognize you as a member of España Discovery.

2. Membership in ESPAÑA DISCOVERY provides RV users with details of locations—specifically vineyards (wineries), restaurants, or farms—where they can park in a safe environment for up to24 hours.

3. Payment is made via PayPal or credit / debit card or any other payment gateway offered by Shopify.

4.IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE SPAIN: The subscription will entitle you to receive the guide, in a period between a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 16 working days, via mail.

5. IF YOU ARE IN SPAIN OR PORTUGAL: Your subscription entitles you to receive the guide within 4–8 business days if you choose shipping viaCORREOS DE ESPAÑA.

6. ESPAÑA DISCOVERY DELIVERY. If you do not receive the book within the specified time frame, ESPAÑA DISCOVERY will send you another copy to the address you provided. 

7. REFUNDS 
If you purchase the digital version, it will be available to you until the stipulated expiration date, which is March 31, 2027. Since access is provided via a personal, non-transferable link, no returns or refunds will be accepted once the link has been sent.

ESPAÑA DISCOVERY REFUND ORDERS FOR PERSONAL LINKS THAT HAVE BEEN SENT, AS THE APP IS CONSIDERED TO HAVE ALREADY BEEN USED.
