EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event of cancellation, we will refund all payments received, including the original shipping costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the least expensive one we offer).
The refund will be issued as soon as we receive the returned product at our warehouse. We will process the refund without undue delay and, in any case, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we receive the item.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
EXCLUSIONS — DIGITAL CONTENT
In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer rights, and its transposition into Spanish law through Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, when performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and with the consumer’s acknowledgment that, as a result, they lose their right of withdrawal.
Signing up and creating a profile on the España Discovery app is considered to constitute the consumer’s express consent to the commencement of the performance of the digital content before the end of the withdrawal period. Consequently, the consumer loses their right of withdrawal from the moment they complete said registration, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Legal basis: Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU — Article 103(m) of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007 (TRLGDCU), as amended by Law 3/2014 and Law 4/2022.
