By browsing and/or interacting with our website and/or app, you expressly accept these T&C without reservation or objection.
Our company reserves the right to modify or adapt these T&C at any time and without prior notice. These T&C are directly applicable as soon as they are published on our website and/or app and/or sent to you by any means.

By accepting these T&Cs, you warrant that you have reached at least the legal age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence. By doing so, the customer agrees to keep their credentials confidential and secure at all times and not to disclose them to any third party.
It is also possible to access our website and app without logging in.
The customer must keep their credentials confidential at all times and must not share them with anyone.
Our company will not be liable for any unauthorized use, modification, or access to the customer’s account, even if fraudulent access is gained using the customer’s account.

We will not be liable if any content on our Services is inaccurate or erroneous.
Article 5 - Nature of the Service and Relationship with Hosts
España Discovery a source of information freely available and usable by travelers in motorhomes. Our platform serves exclusively as an informational directory.
Our company has no commercial contracts, agency relationships, or partnerships with the “hosts” (estates, wineries, farms, etc.) listed in the guide or app. The inclusion of a host in our Services does not imply legal endorsement or a relationship of subordination.
Each host is an independent entity and possesses their own tools, licenses, and insurance necessary to carry out their functions and activities within their properties.
Article 6 - Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Properties
Our company assumes no liability for incidents, accidents, theft, personal injury, property damage, or any other situation that may affect visitors during their stay or visit to the hosts’ properties. By accessing these properties, the user acknowledges that they are entering a private premises not affiliated with España Discovery that any claim arising from their stay there must be directed exclusively to the owner of the property or their respective insurance provider.
Article 7 - Content Moderation (chat, comments, and other content) and User-Generated Content
If our user uploads, posts, or submits any type of content to the Services, they represent to us that they have all the necessary legal rights to do so.
You must not post, distribute, or upload any content that is abusive, fake news, obscene, pornographic, or illegal.
Furthermore, you must not attempt to impersonate any other person or use a false identity to use, access, or post any content on our Services.
You must not use our Services to transmit any type of malware, viruses, crypto-lockers, ransomware, or spyware.
Users shall not threaten or verbally abuse other users or send spam to the Services. The user shall use respectful language and shall not attempt to abuse or discriminate on the basis of race, religion, nationality, gender or sexual orientation, age, disability, etc. Hate speech is prohibited.
Our Company reserves the right to remove, modify, censor, or delete a customer’s content or account if any of the above rules are violated. This will be done without justification or prior notice. The customer will not receive any compensation.
Article 8 - Technical Responsibility
Our company shall not be liable for any network outages, viruses, unauthorized access, fraudulent use of payment methods, or any other technical issues or instances of unauthorized access.

Some of the content available on our website and/or app may include third-party materials and external sources. Third-party links may direct you to websites outside our control that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for monitoring or reviewing the content or accuracy of third-party websites.

These Terms and Conditions remain in effect unless terminated by our company or by the customer. The customer may stop using the services at any time. Our company may terminate this agreement at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
Article 14 - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
In the event of any dispute or disagreement regarding the interpretation or application of this Legal Notice, the competent courts shall be those designated by applicable law. Both parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, agree to submit to the courts of Valencia (Spain).
