HOSTS: GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a) In exchange for being listed free of charge in the guide at España Discovery , hosts agree to welcome, on their premises and with no obligation to purchase the products offered, RV travelers identified as users of España Discovery (holders of the current year’s guidebook) for up to 24 hours.
b) Hosts must ask guests to show the current year’s guidebook as proof of membership and confirm that the guests are familiar with the GOLDEN RULES.
c) Guests must contact hosts in advance via email, phone call, or WhatsApp.
b) Only people with motorhomes or campers —equipped and completely self-sufficient—will be welcome on their property. Vehicles specially designed and equipped to manage their own waste (gray water, black water) and that do not require a connection to the electrical grid. No additional infrastructure beyond what is already in place is required (neither water refilling nor wastewater disposal, nor an electrical connection); only parking on the premises or another area within the property is needed.
e) The host reserves the absolute right of admission.
h) That the hosts release the managers of the España Discovery network from any liability that may arise for damages occurring on the hosts’ property to holders of the España Discovery guide.
i) That these general terms and conditions constitute a mutual agreement and may be terminated unilaterally at any time by providing notice before October of the current guide’s year, to take effect in the following year’s guide.
