España Discovery , is classed as a 'Data Controller' under the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation 2016 (GDPR), and follows the principles of the GDPR. This privacy notice covers all customers of NNG.
We take your privacy seriously and this notice outlines what sort of personal data we collect, why we do this, how long we store it and who we share it with. Access to personal data is only available to those employees of NNG who need it for a specific purpose.

We use customer data to: manage the membership systems of España Discovery
send emails, newsletters with updates to respond to sales enquiries for internal record keeping.

Personal data will be kept secure whilst it is being stored and used. We retain data as shown below. We do not keep paper records and electronic files are deleted.
Users data for España Discovery (as in 1 above) is stored while a member is current and for 7 years afterwards.

We do not share this information routinely with anyone else without your consent.

7. Cases when we might share customer information
We will only share information about customers without explicit consent if the law requires us to.

Under data protection legislation, you have the right to request access to information about you that we hold.
