HOSTS: GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
a) That in exchange for appearing free of charge in the guide España Discovery the hosts agree to receive in their facilities and without obligation to purchase the products offered to motorhomers identified as users of España Discovery (holders of the guidebook of the current year) for up to 24 hours.
b) The hosts must ask to show the current year's guidebook as membership identification and confirm that the guests know the GOLDEN RULES.
c) The guests will previously contact the hosts via email or phone call or whatsapp.
b) That will be welcome in their facilities, exclusively, people with motorhomes or campers equipped and absolutely autonomous. Vehicles specially designed and prepared to self-manage their waste (dirty water, sewage) and without the need for connection to the electricity network. It is not necessary to implement any additional infrastructure to the one already in place (water filling or emptying of wastewater or connection to electricity), only the parking of the facilities or other land within the property.
e) That the host reserves the absolute right of admission.
h) That the hosts absolve from any liability that may arise to the managers of the network España Discovery for damages occurring on the property of the hosts to the bearers of the guide España Discovery.
i) That these general conditions are valid as a friendly agreement and that it can be terminated unilaterally at any time only by giving notice before October of the year of the current guide to be applied in the guide of the following year.
